East Africa: EALA Members Tour Ngorongoro Space

MEMBERS of the East African Legislative Meeting (EALA) have visited the Ngorongoro Conservation Space (NCA), as a part of their marketing campaign to advertise vacationer sights within the bloc.

The EALA lawmaker from Rwanda, who additionally chairs the EALA ‘s Agriculture, Tourism, and Pure Assets (ATNR) committee, Ms Francoise Uwumukiza mentioned that the meeting determined to assist Tanzania authorities’s efforts in selling tourism.

Chairman of the Tourism and Wildlife Administration Sub-Committee, Dr Shogo Mlozi, who can be an EALA MP from Tanzania, mentioned that statistics present that the EAC area attracted 6.95 million vacationers in 2019.

“The area requires an intensive advertising to herald extra vacationers and for this reason EALA MPs have launched into a marketing campaign to advertise the regional sights to lure extra vacationers from Europe, America, Asia, and Africa,” Dr Mlozi mentioned.
