Access Hospitality, a part of the British software program firm Access Group, introduced Friday the acquisition of lodge software program firm Guestline from Riverside Group, which has held a majority funding within the firm since 2016.
Phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed. Guestline’s cloud software program platform helps over 2,900 venues in 23 nations by its end-to-end distribution, property administration and visitor expertise system that unlocks extra income, visitor satisfaction and agility.
Henry Seddon, managing director of Entry Hospitality, stated the acquisition will enable it to broaden the vary of merchandise it may supply lodge operators.
