Australian sailor and his canine rescued after three months at sea

Following months of being stranded at sea, an Australian sailor and his canine had been discovered and rescued within the South Pacific Ocean over the weekend.
Tim Shaddock and his canine Bella left La Paz, Mexico three months in the past. A month later a storm struck and worn out his electronics. They survived off of uncooked fish and rainwater, and averted sunburn by ‘sheltering below his boat’s cover.’
Over the weekend, 15 July 2023, a Mexican tuna trawler rescued the pair, after they had been noticed by a helicopter that was accompanying the trawler.
The physician who handled Shadock mentioned that he had regular very important indicators
NBC News reported that Shaddock mentioned, ‘I’ve been by a really tough ordeal at sea.’ He added that fortunately he had fishing and survival gear on board with him.
‘I’m simply needing relaxation and good meals as a result of I’ve been alone at sea a very long time.’
